Why can’t I go to TASSIMO online store to place an order?

I ordered something a few days ago, will this still be sent?

Of course! Follow your provided tracking information to view the status of your order. If you have questions about your order, please contact our customer service team.

Can I still access "My account"?

Unfortunately, "My account" is not available at the moment. If you have questions about an order you've placed, please contact our customer service team. You will have access once the store is opened again.

Will my discount codes still be valid when the online store opens?

Yes, your discount codes will still be valid.

Can I still return my order?
