Tiramisu with L'OR Pearls

Discover TASSIMO's version of tiramisu, skilfully composed of layers of creamy mascarpone, coffee-soaked biscuits and the new L'OR Sparkling Pearls. Each bite offers a symphony of textures and flavours, enhanced by a touch of cocoa and a final note of sparkling pearls. A refined delight that transforms this classic into an extraordinary experience.

30 minutes + 2 hours to overnight

Ingredients:

400ml double cream

250g mascarpone cheese

5 tablespoons golden caster sugar

450g L'OR Popping Pearls (one package)

175g ladyfinger biscuits

25g dark chocolate

2 teaspoons cocoa powder

Instructions:

    In a large bowl, whisk together the cream, mascarpone and sugar until thickened.

    Pour half of the L'OR Popping Pearls and their coffee liquid into a sieve over a shallow dish to separate the pearls from the liquid. Use half the packet now and save the other half for later. Keep the unused pearls in the coffee liquid in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

    Dip the biscuits into the coffee liquid to soak both sides.

    Use half the biscuits to line the bottom of a dessert dish, then spread half the cream on top.

    Place the previously separated Coffee Pearls on top of the cream layer and coarsely grate half of the chocolate over the pearls.

    Add another layer of soaked biscuits and the rest of the cream.

    Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

    To serve, sprinkle with cocoa powder, grated chocolate and the remaining shiny pearls.
