"We have been having flat white coffee from you for quite some time now and enjoyed it. However there has been a change in the taste, quality and quantity. The coffee seems to have lost some of its flavour and creaminess which we enjoyed. It seems a lot thinner in consistency. We have also found there is less in the mug than there was before which is a disappointment. The website is easy to use and delivery always quick."
