Enjoy our drinks with discounts from 20% to 25%. These discounts vary between the different lots available on our website, and the varieties may vary in each one of them. 

Machine registration code: only valid when you are logged in to your My Account. Codes can be used together with drink bundles but cannot be combined with machine deals.

Welcome voucher code: Only valid when you are logged in to your My Account. This voucher code can be used only once per person and address. If you misuse the promotion terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Minimum order value £45 (not applicable on T DISCS bundles, accessories, machine offers or other ongoing offers).

The Up to 60% machine offer across Tassimo machine + drinks bundles is available from 0 Offer starts 07/11/23 00:01 and ends 27/11/23 23:59, whilst stocks last.   
All delivery charges are included, for coffee and machine. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Promotional offer within the limits of stocks available in Tassimo machine + drinks bundles. Offer limited to 1 machine per order. 

Please note that due to higher demand during this Black Friday period, you may experience a delay in receiving your order. We will always endeavour to have your order with you within 3-5 days, however during this period you may see longer delivery times. Once your order is placed you will receive a tracking link to follow your order. If your order has not been delivered within 5 days of receiving your tracking link please contact us so we can assist you further.

PROMOTION FAQ

Most parcels are delivered within 2-5 days provided the order is placed before 17:00. There can be delays at times of high order volumes (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) or due to other circumstances outside our control.

If you live in a remote area, delivery times will be 3-9 business days. For a list of postal codes, see the faq page.

Once your order is placed successfully you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and a list of the items you have ordered.

If you don't receive this email from our side, please check your Order History through your myTassimo account; a successful order will come up as in progress or delivered. If you see "pending" or "cancelled" as order status, your attempt has not been successful.

Is your voucher not working or do you receive a notification saying there is something wrong? Please make sure to check the following possibilities:

  • Voucher only applies to T DISCs. You can't use the voucher for bundles, machines or accessories.
  • Make sure to have spent the specified minimum amount on drinks.
  • The code should be written in capitals and don't forget to hit "Activate Voucher".

Free shipping is applicable for orders over £30. Keep in mind that free shipping applies on your subtotal and not on your total amount. This means that your discount first needs to be calculated before you see your final amount. Please take your discount code into an account when calculating your total.

Please log in to your account first and then add the items you would like to order in your basket. Once you have everything you need, before the checkout, type in the promotional code in capital letters in the promotional code field at the bottom of your basket and hit "Activate Voucher".

Unfortunately you can’t, we only allow one promotional code per transaction. If you have attempted to input two codes please check your order to make sure you are happy with the code that has been applied.

Your email address serves as a username in our website and it is case sensitive. If you are using a mobile device or a tablet, these typically capitalize the first letter of your email address.

Please type in your email address the same way as you did when you created the account or try to log on using a laptop or desktop computer.

In case you have not received your "reset password" email, please check your junk mail.

The serial number of your machine is located on a white label either underneath the base of your machine or behind the water tank. The serial number is 14/15 characters long with a combination of letters and numbers.
