To start a TASSIMO subscription on Tassimo.com, customers must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United Kingdom. Additionally, there is a minimum order value of £35 to activate the subscription.
To start your TASSIMO subscription, simply add the products that you want to receive regularly to your basket. The choice is in your hands, choose a variety of packs or multibuy packs as your subscription, simply add to your basket to build your ideal order. Then, in the cart, you can choose how often you’d like to receive your order from the following options:
Once you’ve selected your frequency, enter the delivery address for your subscription and proceed to payment using one of the available method most suited to your needs.
TASSIMO will then send your order based on your selected frequency, and your payment will be processed accordingly for each order.
Step 1. Add the coffee packs to your cart that you would like to include in your TASSIMO subscription.

There are no long-term commitments or contractual obligations with our subscription, meaning you can cancel at any time without being tied to a fixed period. However, please note that if your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel the subscription, you will still be charged for that order. The subscription will be canceled for the following order.

Yes, you can add as many different coffee drinks to your TASSIMO subscription as you'd like. Simply browse through the products, add them to your basket, and select the delivery frequency for your subscription. Please note that accessories and coffee machines are not available for subscription.
Your first order will be delivered within 2-3 business days after you sign up for your subscription. After that, delivery dates will depend on the subscription frequency you choose.
You can select from 4 delivery frequency options:
• Monthly
• Every two months
• Every three months

For example, if you place your first order on the 10th, it will be delivered within 2-3 business days. For subsequent orders, payment will be processed on the 10th of the following month(s) based on your subscription frequency, and your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days after payment is successfully processed.
The subscription option may not be available for certain products due to a few reasons. Subscriptions is not available for our coffee machine bundles (coffee and machine), coffee machines and accessories. Some products, like seasonal items, may only be available for a limited time. Additionally, certain products may be temporarily out of stock or restricted from subscription due to inventory or supply limitations.
If you don’t see the subscription option for a specific product, it’s likely because it falls under one of these categories. However, you can still purchase these products separately without a subscription.
Yes, you can combine other promotions or vouchers. Please review the terms and conditions of the voucher or promotion to determine whether the additional discount applies to the subscription plan itself or only to products outside the subscription.
There is no maximum limit on the number of drinks you can order. The minumum order amount is £35. You have the flexibility to choose the drinks and quantities that suit your needs. Throughout your subscription, you can adjust the number of packs or change the products at any time, without any additional cost. You only pay for the items you select, and as a subscription customer, you enjoy our best prices on your subscription order!
Creating an account on TASSIMO website is not required to have a TASSIMO subscription. When you pay for your subscription, a separate subscription account is automatically created for you, allowing you to manage your preferences and orders. However, having a full TASSIMO website account offers additional benefits, including exclusive promotions, easier access to your subscription details, and a more streamlined experience. We recommend creating an account to make the most of your experience with TASSIMO products.
Currently, we do not offer subscription plans that include a TASSIMO machine. However, you can purchase a machine separately from our collection here. From time to time, we run special promotions on our machines. To stay informed about upcoming offers and discounts, we recommend signing up for our newsletter. There are two ways to access your subscription account, depending on whether or not you have a registered account on the TASSIMO website:
If you don't have a TASSIMO account:
• Open your email and search for the message from TASSIMO with the subject line containing "subscription”.
• In the email, locate the button that redirects you to your subscription account and click it.
• On the subscription login page, enter your email address and click ‘Send password.’
• Check your inbox for a one-time password.
• Use this one-time password to log in and manage your subscription account.
If you have a TASSIMO account:
• Log in to your TASSIMO account.
• Navigate to the ‘Subscription’ section in your account.
• Click on 'Subscription,' and you’ll be redirected to the page where you can manage your subscription.
Absolutely! You can easily add or remove products from your TASSIMO subscription through your subscription account. Simply go to your subscription account, adjust the selection or quantity of drinks you'd like to receive, and save your changes. Your updated selection will apply to all future orders from the moment the changes are made. Changes must be made ahead of payment for that month, if made after, it will apply to your next order.
To update your delivery address for your TASSIMO subscription, please log in to your Subscription account by clicking [here]. This is separate from your regular Tassimo account, so any changes made here will only affect your subscription deliveries.
If you also want to receive regular orders (non-subscription) at the new address, you’ll need to update your delivery address in your Tassimo account as well.

Yes, you can pause your subscription as often as needed if you don’t require coffee deliveries in the near future. To pause your subscription, simply log in to your subscription account and click Pause. Be sure to pause it before your order is charged. If you pause after your order has been charged, you will recieve a delivery and the pause will take effect after this shipment.
You can cancel your TASSIMO subscription at any time. To do so, simply log in to your account and click on "Cancel Subscription." Please note that if you cancel after your order has already been charged, you will still receive that order. Once this has been delivered, you subscription will then be cancelled and you will no longer recieve any further deliveries.
The cost of your TASSIMO subscription depends entirely on the drinks you choose and their quantities.

You’ll be charged for your TASSIMO subscription on the same calendar day as your initial order, according to the delivery frequency you selected (e.g., every month, every two months, every three months, or every four months). For example, if your first subscription order is placed on the 10th of the month, future payments will also be processed on the 10th of the corresponding months.
The payment will be automatically taken from the same bank account you used for your initial subscription order.
Once your payment is successfully processed, your order will be prepared and shipped to your designated delivery address.

If you don’t have a Tassimo account: Go to the subscription login page via the link provided in your email from Tassimo. Enter your email address and follow the steps to access your subscription account, where you can update your payment details.
Once updated, your new credit card will be used for future subscription payments.
