"The coffee is good, not bitter at all. However, as with my previous delivery, only one podback bag was supplied. For a delivery of this size, I used to get 4 or 5 bags. I now need to try and source bags from a Morrisons supermarket. Very inconvenient and very poor customer service."

"The Cafe Hag decaf is a really good everyday coffee. I make it just to an American long by adding a similar volume of hot water from the kettle. It has a smooth medium strength with tones of caramel and hints of fruit. Works well as Americans, machiatto, but a little mild for cappuccino to my taste. I use Marcillo espresso for that."
"Not for me. Too bitter. I only like decaf cappuccino with milk pods and hope this will be considered because they are not available at Tassimo. L'Or is still the best coffee and would like this to be available with milk pods in the near future."
