Terms & Conditions Subscriptions TASSIMO

1. Recurring Purchase

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern your agreement with TASSIMO for the recurring
purchase of TASSIMO coffee. By opting into the recurring coffee purchase model,
you agree to these T&Cs and the General Terms and Conditions for TASSIMO’s
Home Delivery Service.

We offer a selection of coffee products with the option for recurring delivery.

You can schedule regular purchases by setting a delivery frequency (see section 4).
The recurring purchase is indefinite and can be cancelled at any time at no
cost, in accordance with section 7 of the TASSIMO Home Delivery Service Terms.

Delivery terms, recurring purchase period, and billing cycle depend on the selected
delivery frequency. Unless otherwise agreed, the following terms apply:

2. Who can subscribe? 

2.1 Customers must be at least 18 years old, have a TASSIMO account, and reside in United Kingdom. You can register via [insert link]. A minimum order value of £35 is required for
recurring purchases on Tassimo.com. 

3. Prices and Information 

3.1 TASSIMO may change product prices at any time. Before each recurring order, you will be clearly informedof the product prices and applicable charges. Prices and shipping costs may
change due to market factors. Changes after a shipping confirmation will not affect that order. 

3.2 All recurring deliveries are scheduled automatically based on your selected frequency and can be cancelled, modified, or paused at any time. If an order has already been processed, you can cancel on the next cycle. 

4. Cooling off period

4.1 You have the right to cancel your firstsubscription order within 14 days of receiving your first delivery without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact our Customer Service team.

5. Delivery 

Delivery frequency and dates depend on your selected schedule (see section 1). Delivery will occur on the date indicated in your Order Acceptance Notification. If delays are expected, we
will contact you. 

You can choose from four delivery frequencies, with a minimum order of £35:

Every month             
Every two months             
Every three months                
Every four months 

6. Payments 

6.1 Payments are processed by a third-party provider. At checkout, you’ll be redirected to their site to complete payment using available methods. 

6.2 By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge you regularly based on your selected frequency and products. Charges occur at the time of each shipment.
Payment and shipping dates will be communicated via email. 

6.3 A minimum order of £35 is required. The products in your first order will be shipped at your chosen frequency. 

6.4 If payment fails, shipments will pause until payment is successful. Contact Customer Service if needed. If payment isn’t received within 3 days of the next shipment, we may begin internal collection procedures. 

6.5 If we cannot collect a payment, we will let you know and give you the chance to update your payment details. Your subscription and deliveries will be paused until payment is made.

6.6 If payments remain unpaid, we may engage a debt collection agency. You may be liable for reasonable costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts. recovering the amount you owe (for example, collection agency fees or legal costs). We will never charge you more than the actual costs we face in
recovering the debt.

7. General 

7.1 We may update these T&Cs from time to time. If we make material changes (including pricing or delivery terms), we will notify you by email. You may cancel your subscription if you do not accept the changes. Updates will only apply to future billing cycles.

7.2 If we change the plan or prices, we’ll notify you via email. If you don’t accept the changes, you may cancel before they take effect. Price changes apply only to future billing
cycles. 

7.3 We may suspend or terminate access to the Home Delivery Service at any time. 

7.4 These T&Cs are governed by English law. English courts have jurisdiction over disputes. 

7.5 We will not provide products or services to individuals under EU or national sanctions. By accepting these terms, you confirm you are not subject to such sanctions. Breach of this clause may result in cancellation of your subscription.

7.6 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.tassimo.com/gb/cp/privacy-policy), which complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
