"A holiday cottage I was staying at had a tassimo machine and the coffee pods were that good when I got home I bought myself a machine. The fact they contain actual cream and not powdered milk makes all the difference. So creamy and delicious. Plus the coffee is medium roast so not too acidic on the stomach."

"Have bought Tassimo pods from all different sources over many, many years and have always enjoyed them each time we had them, it was something we always looked forward to and more so since we retired and have the time to linger over them. We have also just won a smaller Tassimo machine in a competition so very excited to receive it. A few weeks ago we ordered directly from Tassimo as I had a discount voucher to use. The lattes arrived and we used them for the first time, however upon tasting the coffee, it was very clear that something had changed within the coffee or milk itself. It was watery and had no taste similar to what we used to. We tried 2 more pods from another pack but the result was the same so that was thrown down the sink too. We also tried another pack and varied the strength but the coffee was the same as the previous ones. We looked into Tassimo online and there were many reviews stating similar to ours but that it was believed the milks had been changed and the consistency was definitely different (maybe due to guidelines concerning fat content, sugar etc). Whatever has happened it has completely changed our view of the Tassimo Lattes, which is such a great shame as will really miss our daily coffee, plus we have 2 machines that are now obsolete. So disappointing that the changes have happened. Tassimo are looking into our complaint and have refunded us for the unopened packs, their communication has been very good."
