TASSIMO MY WAY INSTRUCTIONS

When your TASSIMO My Way 'calc' display lights up red, you should descale your coffee machine. Watch the descaling instruction video or follow the steps below.

1. All you need are 2 Bosch TASSIMO descaling tablets and a container of min. 17 fl. oz.

2. Remove the water tank from the side of your TASSIMO My Way and fill with fresh water up to the marking 'calc'. Add the two descaling tablets and wait until fully dissolved. Place the water tank back in the machine.

3. Take the Service Disc from the bottom right side of your TASSIMO Happy machine. Place the Service Disc with the barcode facing down in the coffee machine where your normally place your coffee pod.

4. Place the container under the machine and hold the 'calc' button for about 3 seconds. The descaling program will now begin. The status and descaling displays will flash to indicate the machine is descaling.

1. After approximately 30 minutes, the status and water tank displays will light up. This means the first stage of the process is complete. Empty the container out.

2. You will need a container with a volume of at least 9 fl. oz and a soft cloth. Remove the water tank and clean it with the soft cloth. Fill the water tank to the maximum and place it back. Also reinsert the cup platform back under your machine. Now place the 9 fl. oz container beneath the brew head and press the start/stop button in order to start the cleaning program.

3. The status light will flash during cleaning. Once it lights up permanently, the program is done. Empty the container and repeat the same cleaning program (from step 6) 3 more times to make sure all the descaling solution is gone.

4. Once finished, remove the Service T Disc and stow away in the bottom left of your Tassimo My Way again. Fill the water tank with fresh water and place it back into the machine. Your TASSIMO My Way has now been descaled and is ready for use again.

1. To clean your TASSIMO MY WAY machine, you need a soft cloth and a container of at least 9 fl. oz.

2. Unplug the machine and remove the cup platform. Clean the cup platform under running water or in a dishwasher. Remove the T DISC mount and the pressing device from the head of the machine. Disassemble the pressing device before cleaning. Clean the mount and pressing device under running water or in a dishwasher. Thoroughly clean the brewing unit, the barcode scanner window and the nozzle. Assemble the pressing device back together and insert back in place before inserting the T DISC mount. Plug in the machine so your TASSIMO MY WAY will switch on.

3. Remove the water tank and clean it with a soft cloth. Fill the water tank with water up to the maximum and insert the water tank back in.

4. Now remove the Service T DISC from the bottom left of your machine and place it into your TASSIMO MY WAY, where you normally place your T DISC. Place a container of at least 9 fl. oz. beneath the brew head and press the Start/Stop button. The TASSIMO cleaning cycle will now start.

5. When the display light stops flashing and lights up permanently, the cleaning cycle is finished. Repeat this cleaning process three more times. Then, empty out the container and remove the Service T DISC. Put the Service T DISC back in the machine again and fill the water tank with fresh water. Your TASSIMO MY WAY is now ready for use again.

1. To make a cup of coffee with your MY WAY coffee machine, make sure it's clean, plugged in and the power is on.

2. Place a mug, cup or coffee glass on the cup stand.

3. Open the head of the coffee machine.

4. Insert your favourite T DISC (the official TASSIMO coffee pods) with the barcode facing down in the brew head. Select the drink's intensity, temperature and volume according to your taste on the display. You can adjust drink intensity, temperature and volume everytime you make your favourite drink!

5. Close the head again and press the Start/Stop button. Your TASSIMO MY WAY will recognize the barcode and serve your coffee, tea or hot chocolate perfectly. Enjoy!

Is your coffee smaller than expected? Use the volume buttons before creating a drink to set your preferences. With the drink size buttons you can create a larger cup of coffee. While brewing, you can press and hold the Start / Stop button to fill up your cup. Release the button when you have reached your desired quantity.
