Redesign required
What a faff it is to fill the tank. . . basically move everything out the way to turn coffee machine around to get tank in and out. It is not a simple slip in tank it really has to be at an angle that when full is difficult. I have used other models which have been smoother to operate. However coffee is still lovely

Coffee is nice but there's a problem with barcode. . .
The coffee itself is really nice. Unfortunately our Tassimo is unable to recognise the barcode of the L'OR Intense XL capsules, and we need to cut old barcodes from the other capsules to cover the L'OR's own barcode in order to make the coffee. Such a mess for what is supposed to be a simple and quick brew :(
